I have to say that we are very happy with it. It is not only fun but also usefull. Our Natasha has an infection of her stomac. So she cannot eat so much and so fast etc. (so all the things she normaly does)
The toy helps her to slow down and eat slowly and chew her food.

I will buy another one for the boys too.
