I have been looking around for very small kitten trees, without much success I must say.
There are very few and often "sad looking" if you get my meaning (no fun colour, no fun shape, etc.).

Obviously, price is important too as that tiny tree is unlikely to last very long...

Would any of you have any ideas of where I could look?

thanks.

Mark your kittens?

How do you mark your kittens when you have a large litter, and all look the same?

Some use a colored necklace, others paint some nails with nail polish, others cut a little bit out of the fur and I use cattle marker.

But do you use and why?

(Cattle marker: kittens eares need to be big enough. So can not be used the first weeks)

On the photo the necklace.

On this photo Oksana marked with cattle marker.

I have a little problem with my 2 cats. Beau is a neutered adult and Courtoise is still a kitten. Thus they do not have the same food.

I have built a "kitten cantine" where I put Courtoise's food in and where Beau cannot go inside. Beau's food is up where Courtoise could not jump. She does now and eats her uncle's food which is not appropriate for her as well as her own food. If I start giving kitten food to Beau he will put on weight which is not a good thing

I am sure ...

Okay here's the case.
You love the nebelung, you love cat's so in the near future you would like to start as a breeder yourself.
You want to become a nice / good breeder so where can you find the right information ?
What things need to be done before you start ? Will there be any help from a community ?
Well i don't want to start now, but when we move, the chance is quite big we will start.

Thanks for the information !

I have a wonderful male, almost 1 year old, and new baby girl, 4 months old. We have had her for about 2 weeks. Someday we hope they have kittens. They get along quite well for 15-20 minutes at a time then the male becomes overly intereted in her bottom, and begins mounting her - nearly the full deal - pinning her down, biting her neck and humping with an erection, though no penetration that I know of because we quickly seperate them. She is obviously too young. Any suggestions or do I need ...
