I'm Frank and I usually go by the name of FatCat (or Gatogordo) on forums. I'm an accountant, diving instructor, first aid instructor and writer and I live in Belgium (near Brussels) with my wife Kristel and Ladoga's Maschutka and her son Zvizda's Mstislav Azuriet.

As our cat's pedigree names are quite a mouthful, they go by the names Shoot (Shootcat, Shooty, Shootpuss and so on) and Mist (aka Mist Monster, Mist Man, Gerroff, Stop That or Get The Hell Off The TV You Little Vandal )

We adopted Mist and his Mom from Aart and Nanna at Zvizda's Cattery last year after the last of our cats died at the blessed age of eighteen years and though Shoot was very timid and anxious at first, with the help of some Feliway and a lot of tlc, she is developing into the world's most perfect feline companion. As for Mist, ah well... Kittens adapt very well and he adopted us within the hour after his arrival and is now a perfectly happy seven month old neutered tomcat.

I'll be posting some photographs of our litte cat family soon.
