Since Januar 2008 the Nebelung has been recognised by reknown French organisation LOOF.

The Nebelung was recognised for many years in France. But due to lack of breeders the recognition was changed to NBC (New breed or colour)

Luckely the Nebelung is bred in France again, and the recognition is restored.
