Charleroi (B) - 23/08/09

Hier j'étais à Charleroi avec Courtoise, Dwimordene et Délicieuse, seuls représentants de leur race !
Yesterday I was at the Charleroi show with Courtoise, Dwimordene and Délicieuse, only cats of their breed!

Une expo avec 650 chats, très sympatique, peu de visiteurs car il faisait un temps splendide !
A show with 650 cats, very nice, not a lot of visitors as the weather was really fantastic!

Courtoise est maintenant à la retraite des expos (elle en avait vraiment marre). Elle a fait son dernier point et est Grande Championne Internationale. Elle a même fait le BV ! Merci ma louloute
Courtoise is now officially retired from showing (she really had enough). She got her last point and is GCI, she even did BV! Well done sweetie!

Délicieuse a eu son 1er CAC.

Dwimordene est maintenant Premior International et a été nominé au BIS ! Il a eu un très bon carton de jugement ce qui m'a fait vraiment plaisir. La juge Anne-Marie Marien connaît le standard du Neb et l'a beaucoup aimé. Elle m'a dit qu'il y a 18 ans, elle a vu les 6 premiers Neb au monde lors de la venue de Cora Cobb en Europe. J'aurai aimé pouvoir lui parler.
Dwimordene is now CAPIB and was nominated for the BIS! He got a very good judgement slip for which I was very very pleased. The juge Anne-Marie Marien knows her stuff and she liked him a lot. She told me that 18 years ago she saw the first 6 Nebs in the world as Cora Cobb was over in Europe. I would have liked to talk to her.

A la fin de l'expo, il y avait un peu de bruit à côté avec le démontage des cages.... ce qui n'était guère rassurant.
Les 2 D ont préferré trembloter à 2. Mdrrr
At the end of the show, it was quite nosy with the cages being put away which was a bit scary.
My 2 D thought that shaking in their paws next to each other was a good idea! LOL

Congratulations with your results. Anne-Marie is a very good judge. She breeds russian blues for many years.
I have seen her at many shows. She has judged D his mother at her first show in the Netherlands, D his grandfather (Aleksandr) and grandmother (Nisa) and even D his great grandparents Max and Julie.

I always apriciate her opinion a lot.
(did she give you a slip in dutch or in French?)
