Hello everyone,

My name is Kristina. I am just a future owner of one of these beautiful kittens.
I am planning to buy one them at the beginning next year.
So I am trying to get as much as possible information about the breed and breeders.

By the way I think this forum is great to connect all the people caring about this rare beauty.
Hopefully soon I'll share my Nebelung experience with you. Until then I'll just listen and learn.

Where do you live? Are you able to visit you new friend with Aga at Maciej?

I am from Serbia, so since Maroon is from Poland, yes all I can see are these pictures for now

And now I am a bit sad because I am missing these moments when he is so cute and small...


I think in these pictures he is about 5 weeks old - it is a boy

Hey Guys,

Damijan i Kristina, sretni vlasnici macica. Damijan, nisam znala da si iz Slovenije, definitivno sam znala da nisi Njemac.

Ostavila sam komentar u svezi macica, koji prekrasni, preslatki macici, covjek bi ih pojeo koliko su cukreni. Da imam kojeg takvog, a u ovoj tuzi, dala bi sve da mogu pronaci uskoro kojeg, mislim da bi uzela sav godisnji koji mogu.

Steta sto nisi blize, i steta sto ih nema nigdje u CA za pronaci, bar ne soon. Pronasla sam danas jednu lokalnu zensku zahvaljujuci Anke iz Nizozemske, koja je isto uzgajivac. Ona me uputila zenski u CA, ali osim da je uzgajivac i da me moze stavit na listu cekanja, nista drugo mi nije htjela potvrdit. Nadam se da nece trebat godinu dana i vise

Ugodnu noc tebi i Kristini, a ja lagano kuci s posla. Cijeli dan sam provela na poslu samo trazeci Nebelung macice po Americi. Crazy!

A moj Smokee, ce bit kremiran u petak ujutro, spokoj mu duci mom andjelu.

Drago mi je sto si se povezala sa uzgajivacnicom iz Kalifornije.

A da li si mozda pomisljala da ga uvezes iz neke druge uzgajivacnice makar bile malo i dalje.

Ja naprimer jesam srecan vlasnik malog Maroon 5, ali nazalost on jos uvek nije sa mnom. Dobicu ga tek u sredinom juna, kad napuni cetri meseca. Ovde u Srbiji nema uzgajivacnica Nebelung, pa sam ga narucila iz Poljske. Tako da ce malisa da putuje . Sve odgajivacnice imaju dobro organizovan program slanja kucnog ljubimca avionom.

Ja mislim da u Americi ima par uzgajivacnica, ukljucujuci i Coru Cobb, koja je osnivac vrste.

Mozda jos malo da se raspitas, pa ces imati drugog malog Smokicu ili Smokicicu brze nego sto si mislila

Natasha, like Kristina told you, maybe you have luck and can get a nebelung from an other cattery that might be more far away, but faster. If you were here in Europe you could have get one from me but indeed it´s a long journey over there for a little kittie...

The pictuers of Smokica a really great, he was a very nice on and I feel with you.

I thought sometimes international flights are even faster than within the States itself. It mostly depents if you have to change flights or if you can fly direct.
The problem with international is the tax. But when you travel, you are allowed to bring your own pet with you...

I agree with Anke, that import from Europe is not such bad idea and the kitten would be just fine.
The only disadvantages I can think of is more
expenses and more papers.
I don't know about the carantine though...
In my country so far there was carantine but it's the owner's house...
