seeking info

trying to determine the breed of cat this is. I pulled Leo out of my local animal control shelter last week...he came in as a stray. He had been wandering the streets.

I'm hoping someone can tell me if he might be a Nebelung mix...his fur and body look like the kitty above but his eyes are small and he looks like a little lion face or an old man lion face.
