Nice show, there were quite a few Nebs there and they all looked great! Too bad about Pegusha, sometimes some of the loveliest Nebs are not seen due to their not liking being shown! Congrats to Ozar!!
And, thanks for the photo of the Russian White, can you email me privately her sire/dam, registration number and birthdate?? You know, for the ped program and pawpeds...unless she is already in pawpeds? So, the whites are accepted by this club along with the Nebs? Good to know as we are also trying to find out who accepts them too.

Félicitations à tous et à toutes. Très beau résultats. Pagusha fera mieux la prochaine fois.
Chez nous, Victoire non plus n'apprécie pas les expositions. Elle est quand même en championat d' Europe.

Congratulations with all and for all. Very beautiful results. Pagusha will do the next time better. Our Victoire does not appreciate the exposures either. It is nevertheless European champion.

The whites and blacks are accepted by the FNK. Look at the subject recognition, the Netherlands. There you will find all the clubs that recognise them.
And I also saw them in Bernard his beautyful LOOF folder.
In the Netherlands we have some whites and blacks. I'll send you the adress of one of the breeders. A lovely girl/ women, Gerda.

And her spot on the Paw peds planet

Thank you, the show photos in your album are very nice, all the cats look great , the Nebs and the Russians regardless of color
It is always nice when you can be with people who enjoy their cats and having fun at the show all together as a group!

[NEBELUNG
Male not neutered
Ozar Azadeh CAC BIV (best Nebelung) BIS (best adult male Nebelung and Russian Blue) BOB (Best of Best of russian blue and Nebelung)
.
OK, now am I to understand from the above "win" of Ozar, that he won best of the best russian blue and nebelung? They compete as the same breed group? Because in TICA they are stand alone breeds (ie completely seperate breeds), the Nebelungs would have their own best Nebelung, and the Russians would have their own best Russian.

Almere
En France aussi, les BR sont jugés avec des BR.
Les Nebelung avec les Nebelung.
Cela semble plus équitable
Les Nebelung avec les Nebelung.

Re: Almere- the Netherlands- 12 november 2007
The show was a breed special of Russian blues and Nebelung. Siamese and their longhaired related breeds, British shorthair, Burmese, Abessijn/ Somali
First round: was competing for the best cat with: breed, age, gender, neutered/ or not as criteria. So Nebelung against Nebelung etc. This is also how you find the cats listed in the result list. (Ozar was the only one in this category)
Second round: best of the Variety, meaning the best Nebelung was selected of all the nebelung presented that day (this was with 5 Nebelung )
Third round was: Best in show. This was Russian blues and Nebelung together- the adult male, adult female, kitten male and kitten female were groups to compete.(Ozar his group was with 2 adult Russian Blue Males)
Fourth round was: Best over best. The best in show cats against each other. (Only four cats, the winners of the title Best in show – 2 Russian blues and 2 Nebelung - the equality of number cats of the two breeds was just coincidence). (Ozar was the winner of this round WAUW!!!)
Fifth round: Best over All. All best of best cats against each other. There were 6 best over best cat.
This is only the system when the Russian blue/Nebelung is a special breed at the show. And I do really like it. It makes the competition bigger (more cats ) and more fun (as we all know each other well ). But mostly we are judged separated. Then the Best in show competition is with all the semi longhaired breeds, so Main Coon and Somali etc.
