Figo found as Kitten -- is he a Nebelung?

Hello together..
last year we was in holiday on Sardinia. We found a neglected little kitten, approx. 10 weeks old. The kitten sat in a car near the motor and cried. We took the kitten with us to Germany. He is an absolutely lovely cat.

Coincidentally I heard from the breed "Nebelung" and I suspect, that Figo is also a Nebelung? I would ask you, what do you think.

Eyes: Orange..with a green ring.. the eyes are changing..

Figaro is a lovely cat indeed and was so lucky you brought him back with you. He now enjoys the easy life on a sofa with cuddles and kisses.

I do not know what the regulation is in Germany but I suspect it is the same than in France:
No pedigree = stray cat. And there is also the fact that his eyes are orange. His eyes will not change drastically at his age. In short, Figaro cannot be a Nebelung.
