Snuggles -- a purebred or a throwback? Empty Snuggles -- a purebred or a throwback?

This is Snuggles.  He is only about 4 months old in this picture.  Now he is two years old, his fur is long and his tail is very fluffy.  His face is furrier too.  I raised him and his sister since they were newborn.  He is the most loving cat I have ever had.
I know this will tick somebody off but -- Is Snuggles a Nebelung? Very Happy
