Hi,
Welcome to the forum!!!
There are not many Nebelung in the UK at the moment. So you are lucky
I'm also looking forward to see photos!!!! And I'd also like to know the name of your lad. That more easy in communication.
Regards,
Anke

Congratulations with your big boy and welcome to the forum. Always nice to see new members.
I noticed some more furry animal in the background of your last picture. What is it? Definitely not a siamese cat.

Re: new
Thanks for the lovely photos of your cat.
I was wondering if you bought the cat as a Nebelung with a pedigree or another way. One of the first things that catches the eye is the medallion he has on his chest. A Nebelung has to be perfectly blue, without any white.
But he looks very sweet.

Re: new
I do think he looks sweet and he might be a partial Nebelung, but a cat breed is not only about look-a-like, or almost a pure bred, but about genetic predictability. Cats who look similar, but who will also give quite alike kittens. Breeding is also about health and posible genetic disorders. Even when a cat looks like the standard perfectly, you can't see the invisable parts. History of a cats parents etc. is most imporant for breeding,
but for loving it's only caracter that counts!
What a sad story about your black and your white cat. Great that you are so kind that you do provide them with a good home. I can't understand people who do leave their cats when they move out. Cats are friend... not just a item in a house.... ...
I also have white cat, she is also deaf, but she thinks we are deaf.. I think.... When she uses her voice it's always really hard
