New kitten added to family

You have a lovely kitten. But it is not a Nebelung...... a Nebelung is only bred in bleu.

Your cat looks lovely, but even when she was blue and looks like a Nebelung; a cat breed is not only look-a like but also about genetic predictability, health and character. (Breeders do their utmost to breed a perfect cat by all standards )

I do think you have a beautiful cat. I do not know your situation, but I'm surprised about the age you got him. For cats it is really important to stay with their mother and siblings till they are 12 till 16 weeks. They learn so much during that age by their mother or their siblings in play etc.They explore the world with each other, learn about behavior towards other cats, what hurts (so your hand will be save too) etc. All things we humans can not teach our cats.

Thank you for your reply. We were not sure if she was or not. We found her without her mother on a farm here in Virginia. We also aren't sure of her age. We have an appointment with the Vet on Monday so hopefully we will get more details.

I already thought that it was a beautiful act of kindness to take her with you. I wish you a really good visit at the vet on Monday.
